Kryndora Terms of Service

Welcome to Kryndora. By creating an account and using Kryndora, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use Kryndora. These terms exist to keep Kryndora a fair, safe and friendly place for everyone.

1. Be Respectful

Treat other users with respect. The following are not allowed:

• Harassment, bullying, threats or hate speech of any kind.
• Discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, sexuality or disability.
• Sexual, violent or otherwise inappropriate content, especially anything involving minors.
• Spamming, scamming or deceiving other users.

2. No Cheating, Exploits or Hacking

Play and build fair. You may not:

• Cheat, use exploits, or abuse bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Use injectors, hacks, modified clients or third-party tools to manipulate the game or servers.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, servers, or systems.
• Attack, overload, or interfere with Kryndora's services (including DDoS or similar).

3. Respect Copyright & Intellectual Property

Only upload content you have the right to use.

• Do not upload, share or use content (models, images, sounds, code) that you do not own or do not have a valid license for.
• Do not play, stream or broadcast music or other copyrighted audio that you do not own or have a license for through voice chat or any other feature.
• Always respect the license of any third-party content and provide required attribution.
• Kryndora's own name, branding, code, assets, animations and original creations are the property of Kryndora and may not be copied or reused without permission.
• If you believe your copyright has been infringed on Kryndora, contact us so we can review it.

4. Your Account

• You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe.
• Do not share, sell or trade accounts.
• You must provide accurate information and not impersonate others.

5. Content You Create

You keep ownership of the original content you create, but by uploading it you grant Kryndora the right to host and display it on the platform. You are responsible for the content you upload and it must follow these terms.

6. Enforcement

Breaking these terms may result in content removal, warnings, temporary bans, or permanent account termination, at Kryndora's discretion. Serious violations may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

7. Changes

Kryndora may update these terms over time. Continued use of Kryndora after changes means you accept the updated terms.
